2. Payment & Installments
- Fees: All fees are displayed in USD.
- All fees are to be paid in advance.
3. Intellectual Property

- Personal Use Only: Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license. You may not record, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our curriculum or consultancy methods. Legal action will be taken against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
4. Certifications
Certificates (from IDC or JTR) are only issued to students who:
- Complete the required hours.
- Pass the necessary assessments.
- Have a zero-balance account (all installments paid).
5. Limitation of Liability

- Our "Specialized Appraisal" is based on professional expertise and current market data at the time of the report.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 10% administrative fee for pre-start cancellations and the "No Refund" rule once a program has commenced.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional environment. Any harassment toward instructors or other students, or any attempt to disrupt a live meeting, will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation
Users may request to cancel their enrollment in any diploma or consulting project at any time. However, the timing of your request determines the financial outcome.
2. Cancellation Prior to Program Commencement
- If a cancellation request is submitted before the official start date of the project or before access to recorded materials is granted, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
- The remaining balance will be returned to the client.
3. Cancellation After Commencement
- Once a project has officially started, or the user has accessed the digital learning platform, the enrollment is considered final.
- Cancellations made after the start date are not eligible for a return of funds, as the seat and resources have been fully allocated.
